The hotel offers well-equipped but not huge rooms, with a sweeping view over a green park to the Thames in the distance. Located in the bustling West End on Sloane Street, it's a superb location within walking distance to Sloane Square, Brompton Road, and Harrod's. However, there was significant noise from building work at 7 am.
The hotel offers stunning views over a green park to the Thames, but unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like rose petals and professional staff. The location is superb for exploring Knightsbridge and Sloane Street, but the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The dining experience was a mix of attentive service and errors. Overall, a luxurious stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was immaculate and had a stunning city view. However, it was a bit on the smaller side. The service was top-notch with very responsive staff and a delicious breakfast. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from popular attractions. The dining experience was spectacular, although a bit of a wait for some dishes.
